Fall Forward

Leaves are turning, temperature is dropping, and Dunkin Donuts has their delicious Pumpkin products back on the menu. That’s right! Fall is here once again! Now that the rush of back to school mania has finally simmered down, we find ourselves in the high season for sales and new construction here at Fafard Real Estate. After a slow summer, it’s nice to have a steady flow of traffic at our weekly Open Houses, now on both Saturdays and Sundays from 1-4 at our Milford and Ashland locations, and just Sundays at Bellingham and Holliston.

Something special that we have to offer for this coming Sunday on October 2nd is an Open House by appointment at one of our brand new constructions at Carriage House Estates in Holliston. This house will be closing in a few weeks, so it is in its final stages at this point, so for anyone who would like to come take a look at a brand new Diplomat, please call our office at 508.881.6662 to schedule your showing today!! We will also be holding our usual Open Houses at our other locations at Village of Americas in Ashland, Silver Lake in Bellingham, and Leland Stanford Farms in Milford.
